Can I walk in without a doctor's appointment?
There are doctors that accept walk-ins, however, they have a first-come-first-served system. You can check out our Doctor’s Schedule page to find a doctor, check their schedule, and see if they accept walk-ins.
Do you accept HMO healthcards?

Are you PhilHealth accredited?
Yes, we are a PhilHealth accredited hospital in Laguna. If you want to use your PhilHealth to cover your medical expenses, you can check our PhilHealth Insurance Guide.
Do I need a referral to consult with a specialist?
If you will be using your HMO, you will need a referral or a Letter of Authorization (LOA). If you will be paying in cash or out of pocket, usually, you won’t need a referral. You can book an appointment directly with the specialist or their secretary.
How can I cancel or reschedule a doctor's appointment?
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may contact us or the doctor or doctor’s secretary directly 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
