The USHMC Diabetes Center, launched in September 2017, is a dedicated clinic for patients who are new to diabetes and those who have had the chronic condition for some time already.  The center was built with the guide and support of the hospital’s IM-Diabetologists who strongly advocate for the active participation of diabetes patients in their own self-care.

 

The services offered at the Diabetes Center include:

• Diabetes Education
• Diet Counselling
• Foot Assessment
• Physical Fitness Guidelines
• CBG Monitoring
• Insulin Therapy

 

The Diabetes Center is located at the 6th Floor Outpatient Department, Room 601.

 

Operating hours are:

Monday to Friday

8:00am to 12:00 noon

1:00pm to 5:00 pm
